
The Nationwide Learning Lab is a site for Nationwide associates. It is a place to refine the "On Your Side" experience, which defines Nationwide's service to their customers, across the entire company. Many associates do not interact directly with customers, but this site demonstrates how they do have an impact. It gives them the opportunity to learn more about customers and the Nationwide business strategy, to use tools and take classes to practice being "On Your Side", and to track their progress within their team, and their team's progress within the company.
After signing in, the associates see a dashboard of customized information, scheduled activities, and status updates.

Each activity can be rated and recommended with individual comments.

All upcoming events can be seen on the Activity Landing Page.

Personal information can be edited on the Profile Page.

Associates can explore how well they know customers in relation to their team and the entire company on the Customer Connections Page.
